Anyone going to the DFW MACNA this year?

I am going to be heading to this in September and was wondering if anyone else was going or had been before. Trying to figure out what to expect from Texas at the end of September as far as temperatures/weather and things to do in Texas. I tried doing a search for it but I got some really weird topics. So I decided to just start a thread.

I'm going. The weather in Dallas should be pretty warm still in September. The aquarium in Dallas is pretty cool and worth going to IMO. If your bringing the family the Great Wolf Lodge has a cool water park close by in Grapevine.

I honestly would be going if I didn't have so much going on right now (i.e. moving and settling in). I went to Orlando's MACNA, and I am sure the Texans have a lot to offer, Lord knows their reefing community is just awesome!

I would love to do this, but this year it just will not be possible. So will be keeping an eye out on where next years will be at and hopefully will be able to make it to that one.

Dallas is always great lots to do there and the food is the best! I'm sure it'll be plenty hot there too

Im excited about it this is the first real travel vacation ive taken in a few years and the first time ive flown in about 8 years. Going to be just me and ill have to find the aquarium and a few other places while im there. I was told by a friend that it is pretty hot there in August and September so to try and stay inside as much as possible. Btw does R2R have a booth or anything at MACNA?
