Heading to sea world in feb with the family and was wondering if anyone had a contact that might be able show us something that other people don't get to see.

just a shot in the dark,

thanks

I do know of a guy at my local LFS who works there as a diver or something But I do not know him personally. I am not sure if it is allowed to post other clubs/forums but I believe he is a member of ORCA (www.o-r-c-a.com )

If you post there you might get some help.

Sorry if this was not allowed

Links like yours are fine! :D

i dont have any contacts but i do know that a couple years ago my sister and her family went and did the elite vip tour. fron of the line for all rides, guided, get to feed penguins and other animals that you usually dont usually get to do....

I know they did an event at the end of last year where they did a behind the scenes tour. I would have liked to have gone, but I just did not have the time them.

Like I said I do not personally know the guy, I just figured posting over there would get you a better answer.

Good luck

theres another thing in orlando where u go snorkeling in basically a super huge reef tank. I'll try and find out the name of it. maybe some of the orlando people know? That'd be what I would do! LOL

Well there is Discovery Cove (Owned by seaworld) I am not sure if thats what you are talking about

Typhoon Lagoon also has a shark tank

typhoon lagoon's tank is really cool if you have never been in the water with a shark, it was several years ago when I was there and they had a bunch of bonnet head sharks (hammerhead like) and a few stingrays and a lot of fish. It was a fairly good water park as well.

if youre driving you should head to atlanta to the georgia aquarium if youve never been
from atlanta you can take 75S and then the turnpike to orlando

If you ever come to San Diego my wife is a killer whale trainer and does the Shamu show. I'm sure i could work out a behind the scenes something!
