If it's a mass produced model, I advice you to include relevant information about it for others to reference.
Otherwise, take a closer picture of it, and include the dimensions, maybe someone else has a similar design that you'll be able to modify for your own needs.

You could CAD the .stl for that in about 5 minutes. Even if you have no experience you could muddle through it for free in Tinkercad.
