Anyone had their fish eat carbon?

Just wondering if anyone had their fish eat their activated carbon before? What happened?

Mine do. I have the bag in the sump and some manages to find its way to the display. Nothing happened they are still alive and eating carbon

There are some random drinks and food out now using carbon to make them super black.

A doctor wrote an article saying it may interfere with medications, including birth control.
