Anyone had this happen to there radion?

Before I get in touch with ecotech. Wanted see if anyone else had this issue. So came in room noticed my light was off. I tried to connect my app but would not. I look at power supply and the blue light on it is flashing. Occasionally the three buttons on top the light flash yellow sometimes. I’ve tried ol reliable method and turned off and on and nothing. So I’m clueless if that didn’t work. Ive tried check for app update and nothing. So idk any ideas?

Hey Nathan,

Any chance of a power surge or power outage?

I would try unplugging from the socket and waiting a few minutes and then plugging back in.
