Anyone have a name for these?

I got a frag from AquaSD and I don't even know the name of them.I was looking at them and they are very nice looking.Anyone know he name or how common they are? I haven't seen anymore like them.

Santa Clause palys.. that's what they were called I couldn't remember.I don't even know what I payed for them but man I have alot of palys but these are on top of the nicest.I haven't seen them anywhere else.Does anyone else have any other pictures?
