Anyone have an id on this shrimp?

Found this guy, anyone have an idea? Fan tail like a mantis but the head and claws are different

Looks like what's called a Ghost Shrimp (Neotrypaea californiensis) to me.

(Not the same as the small ghost shrimp we get for 5 cents from our LFS).

Would you consider it tank safe?

There's a high possibility that it's a pistol shrimp just with super low color.

Edit: after further research, Bay Ghost Shrimp appears more likely.

Can you provide pic without reflection?
May be pistol, or other species
