I'm amazed at how good the prices are at reefs2go and no shipping.... I have read a few bad reviews about them, but was wondering if anyone here has ordered without any trouble.

I ordered from them several times before they were one of our sponsors. No issues. They honored their guarantee on a loss of a fish I ordered too. The price is pretty good on their inverts (my main reason ordering from them).

i order from reefs2go all the time and have never had a problem with them
 
I have not ordered from them myself, but from what I have seen feedback wise from other members they have had good experiences. I am planning on ordering from them the next time they run their pod special.

I have ordered from them about 4 times before they were sponsors on R2R and I have had great livestock come in and only one death which they replaced for me right away! Great peeps!
 
I tried to order from them but could not get any responses, so reefcleaners.com has rec'd my business ever since.

Hope all is well!

I do know a few local reefers (here in Michigan) that do place orders with them often and have had nothing but great experiences. With that said, I placed one order with reefs2go over a year ago and ended up cancelling my order. I placed the order and did not receive my package after 2 or 3 days. Of course I was curious to know where my pack was. I called them up and spoke with (what I believe to be) an outsourced answering service. They did not know anything about my order and stated that they would have to contact "the department" that handled my order. I was a little nervous at this point, so I asked them to cancel the order. They stated again that they would have to contact "the department" that handled my order. A day later I was charged for my order and I still did not receive a call or an order. I was a little irritated at this point, but the order was eventually cancelled after my message made it to "the department". I was refunded in full.

With all that said, I feel that my and your experience may be outside the norm. All businesses have issues. It's how they handle them that classify them as a good or bad business. You can always ask for a refund and take your business elsewhere.

Our club did a group buy with reefcleaners and got tons of free cleanup crew. One guy ordered 50 ceriths and got over 150.

Several in our club have done a group buy with reefs2go a few times and there have been no major problems. I had a couple of DOA on small things but they had included a few extra so I received what I paid for alive.
 
Thank y'all for all the input. I have heard good things about reefcleaners too. One of my biggest issues is that I live in the country and have to have everything delivered to my work, once the shipment gets there, I then take a half day off work. So the shipping is the major part and I have heard about shipping nightmares....:sad: Also trying to save on shipping and always looking for free shipping... :smile:
