I do know a few local reefers (here in Michigan) that do place orders with them often and have had nothing but great experiences. With that said, I placed one order with reefs2go over a year ago and ended up cancelling my order. I placed the order and did not receive my package after 2 or 3 days. Of course I was curious to know where my pack was. I called them up and spoke with (what I believe to be) an outsourced answering service. They did not know anything about my order and stated that they would have to contact "the department" that handled my order. I was a little nervous at this point, so I asked them to cancel the order. They stated again that they would have to contact "the department" that handled my order. A day later I was charged for my order and I still did not receive a call or an order. I was a little irritated at this point, but the order was eventually cancelled after my message made it to "the department". I was refunded in full.
With all that said, I feel that my and your experience may be outside the norm. All businesses have issues. It's how they handle them that classify them as a good or bad business. You can always ask for a refund and take your business elsewhere.
