We have a standard 10 gallon with some easy corals- zoas, mushrooms, acans, star polyps, a free colt coral, and a war coral, no fish, just a coral banded shrimp. Everything is growing and doing well despite minimal equipment - only a Koralia nano and a heater. We do big water changes twice weekly. I want better lighting (currently using two 20-watt 50/50 compact florescents). Would the 18" version of the Finnex Ray II do well? Is anyone running one of these? I'm not able to spend more than $100 or so on new lights
I love LEDs and use them on my planted freshwater setups.
Thanks!
