It should be fine They’re used for water troughs for livestock

Anyone have any personal experience with these? Do they hold up for a long time? Do the sides bend out if they are filled up all the way? Anything else to know about them?

I actually have one of these I bought as a temporary LR holding tank when I was doing a tank re-do. They are tough! I still have it and use it to cure aquascape structures I make using cement to hold rock pieces together. I could see the angled walls making it difficult to create chambers.

With it marked LDPE, I'd say it's safe. It should have the 2 marked on it somewhere also. Same as rubbermaid.

Go with Rubbermaid, much thicker material
