Anyone have good knowledge on maxi mini nems?

I've got 4 maxi mini nems and over the past 6 months only one of the 4 moves around and is the only one that keeps its color. the other three have faded color to almost white but still eat and look healthy otherwise.

The one that keeps its color will go into the rock work for a couple days at a time and then come out into the light for a week or so and then repeat. So I thought maybe the other 3 just get too much light but I really don't want to mess with the lighting as all my other nems, lps and sps are doing great.

So my question is are these guys better off in lower light? what else could be causing these 3 to fade in color?

What other nems do you have? Sometimes maxis don't like being kept in the same tank as some other ones.

What lighting type? I keep mine under Hydra LED, they tend to stay in areas with less direct lighting and move very little. I have never directly/target feed them.

Several rock nems and 3 bta's. all of which have plenty of space between them. if this was the case then the maxi mini that has great color and very healthy would be fading as well right?

Radion gen 3 and the intensity really isn't all that high. although they do get more direct lighting

I'm currently trying to shade a couple of them with a monti cap to see if that helps
