anyone have kessil repaired?

Just want to see if there is any success out there with using their repair service (on out of warranty item)... I have several no longer functioning and haven't been able to fix them with blowing them out etc. My apology for probably posting in the wrong area.

To me, best in class service . I had a 160 die on me and they overnighted a new one to me without even asking for a receipt. Other people might have different experiences but to me its a fantastic company.

Interesting, they told me $100 fee just to look at it a while back. I sat on it and now I have 2 in the same boat. I have a dozen or so in use on several tanks.
