Anyone have problems not getting there order from reefcleaners.org

Hello, first post here but been scrolling through here for awhile now.

So the title pretty much says it all but figured I'd give some details. Saturday I ordered some more CUC for my tank and John's site (reefcleaners.org) had said that my order will ship tuesday(yesterday) by 6pm. Yesterday went by and it was about 9pm and I still hadn't got a tracking email or anything so I emailed john that night and probably 2 or 3 different times today asking if my order had shipped and I still haven't recieved any emails back from him. I also tried calling the number listed on google to no avail. Also tried the store contact us tab on his website and nothing. I thought maybe it might be an email issue and that maybe my package did ship and I just never recieved an email so I checked my USPS informed delivery app to see if theres any new packages listed and nothing...at this point I'm not really sure what else to do to try and contact him to figure out what's going on with my order. I will also add that I've ordered from him before and had no problems, everything shipped on time and by the date specified but now with this order, he hasn't replied to any of my emails or sent me any tracking...
 
I just recieved my order from them today. What email were you sending too? They're also on here but I'm not sure how often @reefcleaners

I've tried the "contact us" tab on his website and I've also tried both [email protected] and [email protected] and also called the number listed on google for his business

I just got a order from him last week and everything went great and I was very happy with how well everything went and he seems like a really nice guy, he answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations but this second order I've done just isn't the same. I haven't been able to get in contact with him at all.
 
Hi RhendrekB, sorry you haven't received our emails, we have been getting your replies. Maybe the others are in your spam box. I will forward copies to your inbox here on R2R. I was diving when you sent the emails yesterday, unfortunately due to the nature of our business replies may take a few business hours. We cancelled and sent a refund for this order, this was the tank with the health issues.

Thank you for the reply. I did notice I recieved a refund this morning but may I ask why u refunded instead sending out the order? The only health issue I had was with the bluish green trochus u sent that died about 2 or 3 days after recieving for some unknown reason. All my parameters are great and nitrates about 5ppm. The other green trochus started moving again so that's all good. The rest of my order i got from you last week is all doing great. I'm just not sure why u refunded instead of sending out my order?

I sent a copy of all the emails we had to your DM folder, there should be 49 back and forth total. I think there may be 4 from us that are responses to the order thread that you may not have received. If you keyword search "refund" you should be able to find it.
 
No issues here...as I remember it wasn't to the minute delivey but with a CUC I really wasn't concerned about answering the door for UPS and getting them in tank right away. Everything arrived alive. Felt I got good service. Call their support.

I got ur dm but I dont see where I had said my tanks health is bad. The concerns I had were about the 2 of the trochus I got sent. They weren't moving after 3 days and one had died. Since the email of sending u that, the green one did finally start moving but the bluish green one did infact die, all the other inverts I got from you are all in perfect health and working hard in my tank. I'm honestly not trying to start an argument and i apologize for posting this here but i had no other way of getting ahold you. I've checked my spam folders and haven't recieved anything. Like i said before my first order with you went smooth as smooth can be and that's why i placed a second order, to get more snails for my tank because i felt like i didnt get enough last time. I'm not sure why I never got emails and if that is a ****** on my email side then I do humbly apologize.
 
Email sent, sorry we are out of Turban snails. I will be diving all day today so if you email us the response will come tonight or tomorrow.
