I have two doser 2.1s and while I can connect to them via local wifi, they seem to be connecting then immediately dropping on both myGHL on my laptop and ghl connect app on my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this at the moment (1:45 EST 06/09/2024)?

This happens, I have no explanation. Not sure if they actually fix anything but every so often I cannot connect to my P4 etc… and after while it works.
Probably a feature….

My recent issue is more stability than anything else. If the app is in the background on IOS it crashes after some time and "restart" does not fix it. I have to actually close the app and re-open.
As for connection speed. Some days it is fine, others it takes forever to connect to my device. Screen load times are also similar. Some days marginally okay and others pretty bad.

Hi Gael - I mostly use myGHL but can do some testing with local.
I have nor sent the error report, but can also start doing that. I also can't give you a timeframe as to how long in background it takes.
I typically leave the app open (as I do with most IOS apps) and have noticed that when I go back to it I often see the crash screen. I rarely use to see this behavior. I will try to take better notes in hopes of narrowing down any issues.

I am able to connect via hotspot and USB. I also connected with directly typing the IP of the doser into my web browser. But for some reason, the client wifi refuses to connect even after inputted all of the info...static IP, auto IP, etc etc. I think I've tried every configuration, and I'm pretty good with this kind of things...so for me to be stumped and start a ticket, this is not normal. GHL needs to really rethink how they make their programming for regular people, it's really way too difficult, would need an IT background to get this to work.

Yes, I made sure it was on 2.4ghz. It has a different SSID than the 5ghz because I actually label my SSID with suffix 5g to make sure. I have a lot of other devices (like my smoker and alarms) all seem to be only on 2.4ghz. Even the hot spot is iffy. Only the USB is consistent...but who the hell wants to connect with USB after it is installed.
