If so did anyone here upgrade it to double the output aka add an extra RO membrane ? If someone did can you please post pictures and show how you did it and what parts you used? Thanks in advance for any help.

Upgrading to a dual membrane setup is a pretty standard procedure amongst all RODI Filter manufacturers as they are all pretty much the same. Depending on how you want the run the membranes (In series or in Parallel, it sounds like you want to run your addtion in series) will be the difference in how you install them. You can get extra membrane housings from most outlets that sell RODI systems and add, ideally a matching second membrane to your original one.
I'd like to add, before upgrading you should look at your current situation with your system to determine if it is even worth upgrading to a dual membrane setup. What type of incoming water pressure and TDS do you have?
