It is just like jelly and it floats around landing on corals I have had a few losses over night and I think this is the problem.

It is also in same tank that has these and many of them. Glass bottom frag tank ....

My opinion is I have no idea what it is, but I'm curious also.

I have never seen anything like that personally. The bottom pic looks like a piece (appendage) of a crustacean of some sort? The top pic looks like a type of worm. It's not a Polyclad Flatworm but I'm guessing it has the same feel. I'm at a loss. Good thing you got it out

I have the red worm looking things in my dt, no issues, normally they stay in the sand or holes in the rock close to the sand. That first one I have no idea, I say KEEL IT.

Oh it's keeled but they keep appearing. No sand or rock in tank. It is like a spaghetti worm but i wonder if they are what is causing the jelly thing?

The bottom one looks like a piece of a spaghetti worm to me and the top looks like it is some type of flat worm. I have never seen anything like it before so I can't be sure. Maybe someone on here will know. Good luck.

That's so funny but seems accurate! My first thought was it appears to be something I saw in high school biology.
first pic looks like a dinoflagellate. I get them in my cast net all the time

2nd one is spaghetti worm...i have them but i get rid of them everytime i see one...they burrow in th sand and irritates zoas and palys thats why i get rid of them if i see one...

1st one no idea...

btw what is KEEL?

I'll jump in here too. First pic, not a clue. Never seen anything like it.

i would also guess some type of ctenophore.
