I love how blue ridge grows so fast what temp do you guys keep yours at ? iv noticed when i had a different heater i had polyp extension.

honestly i think, would have too let dry to kill, 79 degree average params, lil trick ti get to branch, nick it w pokey thing,or place tiny piece of crushed coral on live :)

I had a piece of blue ridge that I got when I bought a pipe organ coral. The pipe organ had grown around the blue ridge. I pulled the blue ridge frag out, not even knowing what it was. It took me a while to figure out what it was. I originally thought it was fire coral. But It grows crazy fast. And fun fact, it is one of the only dead dry coral skeletons that float. But that was one of the corals I lost in 2012 when I had a huge GHA outbreak. Not the most colorful coral, but definitely unique growth pattern with the spires that grow upwards. I still have the skeleton of that coral and the rock it grew on, in my 75. I wish I still had it.

I have a nice chunk. Easy grower and care

I got it from a LFS for $5. I had trouble believing it was a live thing. It felt like a piece of plastic in the hand. It blew around the tank in the flow. I finally set a rock on it and wedged it in good.

Is that a candy cane growing on the one in the back ? That's pretty coot if it will do that without killing its neighbors.
