Anyone keep Turban Snails ?

I've got 2 of these from LA and they are so HUGE that my Melanurus wrasse decided to leave them alone. So far they just stick to certain spots in my tank and they're not as fast as the Nassarius. But so far I like them. They're like a big version of the Astraea.

I once bought those same snails from live aquaria. They were great at eating the algae from my live rock. I never had any problems with them.

I have many in the tank. In fact, they are the only snail species in the tank. They do an excellent job of cleaning.

I have them too. Long lived as well. Great at algae removal .

We've got a bunch of them in our thank. They do a great job above the substrate. Then the cerith and nassarius snails keep things clean below deck.
