Anyone Keeping X-Mas Rocks Anymore

I’m guessing the indo ban is hitting the supply of these hard. Can’t believe what the ones on eBay are selling for, but looks like they are all Australian so make a little more sense. And there has been a general crackdown and loss of interest in straight up wild harvested corals, with the worm aspect unable to be aquacultured I can see how these are getting left behind. To be honest it’s getting harder to find wild harvested corals of any type these days...

Will six line wrasse or flame hawk fish eat the Christmas tree worms?

I want x-mas anymore also. But never see it in the lfs.

Saw a few at the NY Reefapalooza - expensive! $500 for a cyphastrea based rock; $400 for porites based. Stressed though, so could not tell if the worms were retracted or dead. Pass. I did get the rock I ordered off ebay. Not quite as nice as the pictures. Mostly the cyphastrea was quite pale. Looks like it is recovering its color in my frag tank though. It did come with a 'bonus' favia though.

Did you receive the Christmas Tree worm rock yet? Any pictures?
I just thought I should mention, that I still have not recieved it. I have emailed and they have not returned my emails. I tried to post online but it won't let me type in details. This is either a glitch on my computer or a website glitch on their part. Today, I called and left a voicemail. I will not be buying from DreamAquatic again. Not because I haven't received my purchase, but because of the lack of customer service.

That’s crazy. I’m really sorry I posted the link to Dream Aquatics.

Probably should not let the secret out but I have gotten a few from @uniquecorals they been geting them in every few. A lot cheaper too, picked up one last week that was good size. All the old ones I have gotten from them have colored up well and the worms are all out even tho some took a month or 2 to come out of the holes fully

Oh no! I don't want you to apologize. I loved that you posted the ad. It was that you asked me a couple weeks ago about whether or not I had received them and I was just giving you the update and I thought it should be mentioned in case anyone else wants to order.:)

Did you ever hear back from Dream Aquatics’s?
