Anyone kept a Richmond's Wrasse?

I haven't, but they will get big for your tank. Have you considered a Halichoeres melanurus? They stay much smaller.

With you already having a melanurus I don't think it would be a good fit. This wrasse gets over 7" in length from what I've read. Their care is not much different from other Halichoeres wrasse, pretty much the same as your existing melanurus.

Better choices with different coloration would be H. chysus (the most under rated of the Halichoeres genus IMO), H. biocellatus and H. iridis. All of those are stunningly colored and contrast somewhat with the melanurus coloring/markings. They are also among the smaller and more mild mannered of the genus.
