Give them a longer lighting period. My lights start ramping up at 6am, peak at about 11am, start ramping down at 5pm and off by 9:30 pm.

Well then wake up earlier or something. Light is like food for corals. It doesn't matter how nutritious someone's food is (nutrition is analogous to spectrum), if you starve them. I would increase the photoperiod to maximize growth, your spectrum looks fine to me.

Also doesn’t that create more algae if the lights are on for longer?
Well, try to keep nutrients down and have a nice CUC. Algae likes a lot of the same things corals do, so if you want to grow coral, you'll probably grow algae.

They start at 11 and end at 10 that’s a good photoperiod and a long time for the lights to be running everyday, at lest I think, they start shrinking at 9 so I was thinking oh maybe they don’t like as might light for such a long period of time

It's true that your lighting is already sufficient. But, you could increase the time that the corals get full lighting to try to increase growth. Ultimately, it's your call. But you say that you want to grow anemones specifically. If you want to maximize growth, then feed them mysis or some shrimp/scallop. Also give them a good amount of flow (what powerheads are you using?). Anemones like a good bit of par, but your lighting seems to provide that.

But honestly, your corals and nem are doing pretty well. Other than maybe feeding the nems, I wouldn't change anything; your tank looks great.

I tried running a 60 gallon pump from voyager but it was too much flow and the fish didn’t like it, they were all hiding in the corner “TOGETHER” so I’m just using the one manufactured on “it’s a Red Sea 240” so it’s pretty strong

I'm confused. Do you mean the return pump or is it a wavemaker?

nitrate 25, phosphate 0.2-0.3. I keep selling them... I dont feed them, my clown does.

I feed my BTA every day, splits off 2 2-3” babies every 28 days like clockwork. Got it under an AI Prime using this schedule.
