I opened a ticket for my Apex (decided it won't power on now) and didn't get my usual notification with my ticket number and all that jazz. Since their instructions say that if I don't get it within 5 minutes, then my email info might be wrong, I created a second ticket and verified info....still no notification.
So I thought I'd check on here and see if this is normal these days.
