Anyone know if this is a common plumbing part?

Decided to swap out my sediment and carbon block after a few beers last night and instead of loosening my cartridge with a pair of channel lock pliers, I was really tightening them instead. Cracked a cartridge( have a spare) but need this MPTxMPT fitting and would rather not order from Spectrapure directly if I don't have to. Is this a standard John Guest type fitting avail at Lowes/HD? Thanks.

Two HD trips/separate location. They don't stock it. I'll try Lowes tomorrow but historically Lowes' plumbing selection is terrible. Maybe an Ace trip first.
