i bought this yellow tang from petco 3 days ago, i put it in my dt while i prepare my QT tank for all my fish.

Definitely looks like HLLE to me. It can usually be corrected by Keeping pristine water, a healthy diet consisting of high quality frozen prepared foods and adding vitamin supplements like selcon, vitachem, and especially zoecon as it was designed to specifically help nutrition for cases of HLLE.
