Try CurrentUSA on Ebay. Thats where I got my outer Orbit for an insane price. They sell their reconditioned products or new products that got damaged in shipping and have been fixed with a 90 day warranty.

Great customer service, too. One of my halides flickered and one of my side fans were loud, so I emailed them and they sent me a new bulb and fan without a problem or hassle of mailing the pieces back to them.
