Anyone know what these are?

These popped up in my refugium a couple weeks ago. Not sure what they are. I’ve seen them in the display tank as well but they don’t seem to last very long. My guess was baby snails but they don’t seem to move at all. There are hundreds of them in the refugium they’re all white and they range from about the size of a pinhead to almost unseeable with the human eye.

They are teeny tiny feather duster worms
