Small white and look like eggs? They over parts of my wall, rock scape and even on some snails. And if you do, harmful?

Looks like the beginning to coraline algae maybe? Whenever I see them in my tank there's coralline growing soon after.

+1 They aren’t really issue just mostly an eyesore to some reefers. They are actually quite easy to scrap off especially if they are on flat surfaces (e.g. glass). You can use a toothbrush, algae scraper or a credit card to scrape them off.
