I see what looks like 2 x zoa polyp and a few spiribod worms,is it the little white circle things you want identified?

If you are seeing tiny white spirals on your glass, rocks, substrate & even powerheads, you likely have Spirorbid Worms in your aquarium. These tiny spirals will only reach a maximum of 2 - 3mm in size.

Are the worms bad should I be concerned about them or try to remove them

Could get them in new tanks and they self regulate/ die off as tank matures and yo your feeding as they filter feeders and only pproblem could be unsightly or if got to pandemic situations then block pipes but that be hard to do I would of thought,but I and many just leave them be,read that link above it gives some info on them
