Anyone know what these are?

Hello, does anyone know what these things are? Hard to get clear pic from light but they are white, look almost like glue but obviously aren’t. Also don’t look to be moving or moved at all.

Can you get some pics of it under white light? It's impossible to make anything out with the blue.
