Anyone know what this disease is?

At first I thought it was Ick but it seems to be more of a blotchy type of white spots. This is my square tail bristle tooth tang. He had this on and off for weeks but recently it has gotten worse. He scratched quite a bit.


Anyone know any reef safe solutions for it? Would medic by polyp lab work?

Take some white light photos and a short video if possible please.

Also include any recent additions and quarantine if applicable.

The only surefire reef safe medications that treat common illnesses are for flukes and worms (prazi).

Or you don't have to treat for besides good nutrition and care (lympho)

Chances are you have ich or velvet, which will require a hospital tank and copper.
