Anyone know what this is? Almost all corals affected.

Yeah I think you maybe right though. I thought the two 2k gyres would be plenty. So my overflow is in the center of the tank. I have a gyre on each side and they are vertical. Set on opposite ramping. So I don't get a ton of flow down the center.

My cube is the same...... Center tower style overflow.

Mp10's on the side glass facing each other, PP8's on the back glass on either side of the overflow, and the gyre on the top of the overflow.

Cubes are tough to get decent flow in, specially with centered lagoon style rockwork.

Aww man, I'm glad you chimed in cause I've had a hard time finding people who have a cube with center overflow so I can ask how to optimize my flow. So, thanks for inadvertently answering the question I've been searching for haha. Now just need to figure out how to place the two gyres I have , and what PH I should get to fill in....

Personally I would do the gyres on either side opposing each other, and get a few smaller PH's to fill in where flow is needed. Maybe look into tunze, nero, or jebaos depending on your budget.

While I like not having cords in the tank, and they provide a ton of flow, if I hadn't already owned the MP's, I would not buy them again. I just don't like the fact the cannot be aimed like most modern Ph's.

Cool. Thanks for the input. I've never had the mp's but it seem to me that they were not all that for what they're worth. I'll go ahead and get the gyres back horizontal and put them mid way at the top and look for a couple smaller PHs to fill in. Thanks again!

Your corals look a bit light blasted. What lights are they under? Regardless, running lower light intensity for a while (a couple of weeks) to let everything recover might be helpful. After that, slowly ramp up your lights to let the corals acclimate.

Your tank is very young (thus the pineapple sponges multiplying rapidly). If you lose this batch of corals, you might want to try something super hardy (like zoas, green Pavona decussata, duncans, etc.). If you can keep the super hardy thing alive, then add something slightly more challenging and repeat until your survival is >80%.

Yeah I dialed the lights back a bit as well. I have a maxpect razer r420r 160w and a reef brite pro actinic. Running at 80%. Backed it down to 70%. Will likely go down to 55% for awhile. But all the coral were doing pretty good until this week after a 1.5 months in the tank already.
