I'm thinking some type of Lobo coral, that's an lps though so you might get some more hits in the lps sub forum...
I can't think of any soft coral that has feeding tentacles like that...
 
Did you purchase this coral or was it attached to the rock already? It kind of looks like one of those Caribbean Rose corals. These usually hitchhike there way into our tanks sometimes.

It's a common hitch-hiking LPS.
