Definitely tunicate, you can see the inhalant siphon.

Is this new live rock? The reason I ask is that you will need to broadcast feed quite a bit to keep the tunicate alive if it is new. I had several tunicates on my live rock that slowly withered over the last year, presumably due to lack of suitable suspended food in the tank.
 
I kept lollipop tunicates when I was a rep for a phyto product. They died when I stopped dosing. Not that adding a little phyto will help, as I poured the stuff in there as an experiment of sorts.

I figured. I'd make sure you feed oyster roe, rotifers, and other small plankton. Alternatively, you could try something like Reef Roids or Coral Frenzy which provide a variety of items in different sizes.
