Anyone know what this is??

I bought this frag of pulsing Xenia and this guy was on the rock has a couple heads... anyone know what I’m looking at??

That's an orange mushroom. Both of which will take over a tank. Not a problem if your end goal is a Xenia and orange mushroom tank

I would take that rock off and isolate it on the sand. There's other corals to get into as you progress in your reefing journey.

Thanks guys. The guy at my lfs sold me the frag and then was like “oh man I should charge more because you have blastomussa attached to it.” And as I’m looking at it I’m like ughhhhh I don’t think buddy.

I had him isolated on the sand but he wasn’t pulsing that much so I moved him up a little But I definitely don’t want any take overs lol

I think i see feeding tentacles which would indeed make it a baby blasto coming back from that skeleton.
