This little white thing has started growing in under my coral. Does anyone know what it is?

Maybe I need my eyes checked, but I just see feather dusters, which are fine.

These are tube worms and no aptasia present. The tube worms use the fans to capture food. Although harmless their fans can steal food from coral and annoy coral if too close.

Should I keep them or go ahead and pull them out? Looks like there is the one big one and two really small ones growing behind.

They’re just filter feeders. No need to pull. Some people will pay to get a nice feather duster like that. The smaller ones are common and shouldn’t get much bigger.
