Anyone know what this is

Background on tank. 20 gallon fresh water. 2 bettas , yes they get along since birth. 3 mollies and one coy catfish. Ironiclly i had a frog in there the past few months but he died this morning. Anyone know what these black specs are. They look to be alive. Also one of the mollies just had a baby two days ago. Its alive and swimming well

Their moving? Could be snails... they usually come out at night and are all over the glass. Possible fish eggs?
