Almost looks like a cobweb of some sort? Bacteria? Don’t think it’s vermetids, Rock was dry rock from Caribsea, 2 months in all parameters in check

I don’t, no corals, only two hermits, two nassarius, two oscellaris and one tail spot blennyYou dont have an anemone by chance do you? Looks like anemone webbing type stuff.
Thought of that too, wondering if I need to get more flow to this area of the tank?IMO it looks like slime from a snail but could be something else I'm not familiar with.

Thought that at first but my tanks very new, doesn’t have much and I started with dry rock so unsure of how they would’ve been introduced, no corals yet or anything to be hitchhiked on except maybe a few nassarius snails and hermits. I ended up using a baster and blowing it off the rocks as well as redirecting my flow, hoping it won’t come backVermitid snail webbing ?
