That is a melanarus wrasse

Looks like a melanarus wrasse to me...

And it appears to be a male from the picture. Great fish! Make sure you have a deep enough sand bed so it can sleep/hide. It's usually peaceful toward other fish, but not toward its own kind to the best of my limited knowledge. Also, they jump so make sure you have a lid!
