Private party sale or online vendor works for me!
If you have one for sale or have seen one for sale online recently please let me know!
I ordered one off https://www.barrierreefaquariums.com last night and they just called me to let me know they don't actually have any in stock!
I got a artfully acrylic lid just so I could house one of these long boys.

I've got two. The other one was camera shy. What area are you in?

Are u still looking for 1? I have 1

This is not a good way to get around the selling guidelines that every other member adheres to.

Try Pacific Island Aquatics, I just received mine today. Would highly recommend.

I still have my 2..

Are you looking for the Pacific version or the Brazilian version of this eel? The latter is a nicer yellow and they usually sell for twice what the former sells for. FWIW, I once criticized my LFS for having one in an open tank. I was corrected - they are nothing like either your usual large eels or ribbon eels. I guess I was just overly paranoid - twenty years ago I had a 2' Tesselata (appropriately named "Lucifer") escape, and it was hell getting it back in the tank. If I ever get a Brazilian though, I won't bother trying to make my tank escape proof.

Yeah barrier reef gets those pretty often

You aren’t worried about them eating your shrimp?

I’ve heard they seem to be ok with shrimp and more likely to go after crabs. I’ve had the same experience with snowflake and zebra morays. It’s always a risk but I’ve never had them go after shrimp. Usually the shrimp hang around them and try to clean their mouth.
