does anyone knows what this is? I found 2 of them today when cleaning my tank. How did I get it and how to get rid of it?

looks like a standard bristleworm. some people say good cuc but some dont like them.

if you want to get rid of them setting up traps works for some and there is a few wrasses out there that would go after these guys
