Does that mean i am going to have nassarius infestation in my tank? Is it good? I found that nassariouses dont leave much food for my decorator and brittle. Whenever i put chopped mussle in they just go out of sand and chase the pieces like zombies.

No, it just means the tank is stable enough for your snails to multiply. Chances are very slim for the eggs to hatch and will most likely get eaten. Nothing to worry about

Will not hatch due to be eaten or any other reason? The tank is fallow for next 2 months though

Usually they become fish food. So who knows you might get lucky and have babies!
