Anyone knows where to get this "multi-port" tee PVC? (The vertical pipe shown in pic.)
Or it should be called manifold?
I don't want to glue 4 slip tees together. This tee looks cleaner and more compact.

you could either build it using, 90 bend, 5 valves and a 4 way manifold, or buy a PVC 5 valve inline manifold. Most plumbing stores will sell.

It’s not a tee, it’s (as you stated) a manifold. If you google “pvc manifold” you’ll find many different types of these. Obviously ignore the ones people are making out of multiple tees.

I don’t know where the exact one you have pictured is from, but seems like a lot of these are used for irrigation.

If you got to PVC fittings online, you can find tees that have one branch as a spigot. If you used these you could basically get the close fit you are looking for. https://www.pvcfittingsonline.com/1-2-sch-40-pvc-street-tee-444-005.html

If you google hot tub manifolds you may find one that could work for you

If neither of them have it, make it yourself. Really, that's what I would do anyway. You are looking at all of $3 worth of fittings from your local HD/Lowes and 5 minutes to assemble

It's not as compact, but if you can't find the manifold, you can use slip/spigot T's, which will be much nicer than just slip Tees.

You can make your own. The fitting to make something that is called a branch saddle, metal ones are called o-lets but that’s a brand name. I’ve seen pvc ones from general plastics.
