Anyone local have a 3/4'' bulkhead?

Check the local shops. I think got one at aquarium imports when I broke mine. Try them or reef life.

neither of the local reef stores have them. other suggestions? I am about to just order one online and leave the tank sumpless until it gets here, but would prefer to get the sump back up and running asap

If this one would work for ya......you can just have it.....45 mins is if traffic is bad....just between Bham and Montgomery LMK , I know it is no fun having part of your system down. I have had a to travel up your way to get a pump cause the lfs in Montgomery didn't have any external ones. And it is one where both pipes thread into it. Just a bit of advice......if ya have to order or already have, it is a good idea to get several.......trust me they come in hand when you least expect that's why I have several of both sizes as I found myself if kinda the same situation and with four tanks you can never have to many spare parts.

Thanks for the advice! Always good to have spare parts. At the moment I rigged one together with some pvc from lowes, and eventually found a gasket that would fit. Right now its working ok but the male thread is a bit short so I want to replace it with a real bulkhead soon. I will probably order some online.
