It would be 1” slip bulk head connection. 5”OD X1.5” OD X 2” tall with .25”x1” u-slots evenly spaced all around.

@GK3 My initial thought was 3d printed but black acrylic would work as well. It wouldn't need to be pretty. Square corners is fine not like my doodle.
