Anyone order from BH Photo recently?

I ordered some stuff from them on Friday (7 Aug) and paid a hefty fee for expedited shipping.
On Saturday and Today (Monday) I tried to reach them by phone, chat and email with no success. My order has not even shipped yet but when I placed it the ordering system said I would receive it by tomorrow the 11th Aug. Now I see where they have changed the date to 14 August.:mad:

I understand the Covid issues but are you seriously telling me that they do not have staff at home running the online Chat or answering emails? I really wish I had ordered the items on Amazon, I would have probably received it Wednesday with free prime shipping. I was only using BH because I try to support them with all my Photography purchases.

Not making it right but many businesses still catching a hard time making everything work for the end consumer. A lot of businesses go above and beyond to get packages shipped to customer, but problems occur out of their hands.
If it helps FedEx misdelivered my New MH/LED light to another address on Friday. I understand your frustrations but Im sure they will get the items to you soon.
