Anyone purchase from fragtastic reef?

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I was wondering if anyone has purchased from this store? If so would you recommend it?

I ordered from them once. Had the best price I could find on a replacement skimmer pump and picked up a few other items. Owner called to let me know they were out of stock on one of the items but sent the skimmer pump separately at my request. Never charged extra shipping for the second package.
Shipping was alittle slow even on the first package but wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Good store.

Only place I could find online that had mp40 wetsides in stock. Ecotec factory is shut down at the moment.

Paid sunday. Shipped free from Minnesota to Nebraska by Wednesday.

No. The sight says same day shipping if you order before 3pm and 1-3 day shiping. I ordered Monday at 2pm and they never sent me any confirmation email or tracking. Finally got an email after 3 to them and a phone call threatening to have my bank reverse the charge because I didn’t think it was a real company. They told me I’d have it by Monday. That’s 7days! not 1-3
