anyone recognize this little guy?

White tentacle thing on the left. Appears to possibly be extending out of a hole in the rock work. Bobbit worm baby maybe?

Stick your finger down there... If it takes a chunk of flesh out it's probably a bobbit worm

On a serious note it doesn't look like an an anemone or a feather duster and in my opinion doesn't really look like a bobbit worm but hard to say. Have you tried putting a piece of shrimp or something like that near it to see if it comes out more or if it just retracts? Definitely keep an eye on it cuz if it's about what you wanted out as soon as possible.

I didn't place something beside it but I did waft it with some food from a turkey baster and it seemed to wrap around it and pull it in like a nem would as opposed to reach out and grab it with jaws hidden beneath the "tentacle lure" of a bobbit.

It's not a bobbit or any other kind of Eunice worm. Too many tentacles.
