Anyone Running a Reef Octopus ELITE 200sss. Looking for Feedback

Folks,

Anyone running a Reef Octopus ELITE 200sss? I am ready to give my NYOS 220 the boot, and was thinking this may be a good choice? Tank will be an SPS dominate reef, with a medium bio-load.

Appreciate any feedback!

I couldn't afford that one so I bought the Regal sss, love it, DC pump and float switch are a must now I have had it.
Best out of the 3 I have owned. the elite has a smoother transition on the cone so I imagine it will perform better. GL

Not sure if it helps, but I ended up getting a Deltec 1500i, and I've been very happy with it thus far.

I have the 250 regal s now, upgraded from the diablo 200. And what a difference with a dc pump. Amazing. I'd imagine the elite is ieven nicer.

I have the elite 200 with the pump on the outside. It's a great skimmer. I've had zero issues with it

I picked up a used elite 220 sss? (Space saver one) and can't get the dang pump to actually turn on. All the lites on the controller turn on but no action. The guy i got it from will be out here after thanskgiving to help finish plumbing the tank and get it running im sure. But man i wanted to see it in action lol.
