Hey Guys. So I have one 4” Klir unit now and like it but am burning threw fleece pretty fast. I’m contemplating running another one with the y cable (master/ slave) setup and was wondering if that will double increase my time between fleece replacements. I feel like 50 micron is way to fine for this application

I'm going to run 2 , have them already . In the process of fabricating an adapter for my 525xl .

Have prototype for dual klirs in my reefer 525xl. Have to fix a few things and print out of pteg. Should get it up and running middle next week.
Will keep updating.

Hey there,

I want to run two (master slave) but can’t find any information how to do so. I can’t even find any information on how to use the silly little blue controller for one klir filter. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just plug the second ones optical sensors into the controller and the second power adapter into an outlet.
If your one Klir cannot handle the flow then get two but if it’s an attempt at saving floss it’s not going to work.
If one unit gives you 4 weeks per roll then two will give you eight weeks. The same roll usage per month. Just maybe two month reload versus every month.

Where do u get the second unit? At MACNA last year they told me it was sold at a reduced price with a y cable and no controller for $219 vs $249

I’m currently setting up my Cade 1800 and I bought two Klirs to run Master/Slave to handle the extra flow. I’m having the same problem trying to find any info on how to wire the controller correctly.. at first glance it seems as though one controller will not work as there’s only one plug for one motor, not two?? Anyone know how to do this correctly??
