If you wondering if this chalice has a "designer name" it probably doesnt. It is usually given a designer name by the person who is cultivating it, like Jason Fox, WWC, etc.
I bought a chalice from Jason Fox when he was here at my local fragswap. I asked him what the name of it was. he said, "don't know. i haven't named it yet! (and then laughs).
One thing is for sure, it it does have a designer name assigned to it its because its getting popular among the chalice collectors and the price will be driven up and up andits availability gets rarer and rarer.
